Cancellation & Transfer Policy We understand that circumstances can change and aim to be as fair and transparent as possible with our cancellation and transfer terms. Please read the following carefully before booking a course with us. Cancellations Cancellations made within 28 days of the course start date are non-refundable and subject to 100% of the course fee. However, we are happy to accept a named substitute at no additional cost. Cancellations made more than 28 days prior to the course start date will be eligible for a refund, minus a £20.00 administration fee. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to be valid. Cancellations made by phone or through any other means will not be accepted. Transfers Requests to transfer to another course will only be considered if made more than 28 days before the original course start date. Transfer requests made within 28 days of the course start will be treated as a cancellation and subject to the standard cancellation terms above. In such cases, a named substitute may attend in your place at no extra charge.
